Exceeding the Standard

The PCX-128VID Video Controller far exceeds the BS 8418 standard and incorporates the following features:

Relay Output Module

With this unique output module, installation is made as effortless as possible as it eliminates having to use standard transistor outputs and fitting relays to them. This reduces installation time enormously and allows the easy switching of electrical devices within the system.

Non-activity Timer

Each CCTV zone has a timer inactivity facility. This means that if there is no activation within a pre-set time frame, the PCX-128VID will report to the RVRC and the relevant parties are alerted in the event of a sabotage attempt or the field of view of the external detectors / CCTV cameras being blocked.

Contact ID Reporting

Detailed event reporting to the RVRC including the type of activation, the identification of the premises and the zone activated.

Up/downloading facility

Full UDL software enables programming and system changes to be made remotely from PC or laptop eliminating those unnecessary site visits
