Features	Description
Dual Path Signalling	Dual path signalling is achieved by using LAN, WAN and/or GPRS. The primary and secondary path are programmable.
Dynamic IP address	The IPCOM does not require a static IP address to communicate to the PIP server. It can be connected using dynamic IP address which is much easier, accessible and cost-effective solution.
Programmable by PCX keypad or PC Software	The IPCOM can be programmed by connectiong a PCX keypad or using the dedicated PC software.
Compatible to Matrix	It is possible to connect the IPCOM via the RS232 connector, to any Matrix control panels which will enable communication of Contact ID via the IP network.
128 Bit data encryption	The integrity of the system is never compromised due to the constant 2 way polling and line fail notification on either paht. 128 data encryption using the indutry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) ensures the security of the transmission at all times.
Communication Protocols	When connected to the Matrix panels via the PS232 it communicates Contact ID events. When connected to other manufacturers iva the 13 alarm inputs it communicates Ademco Fast protocol.
Programmable polling rate	The connection between the IPCOM and the PIP server is controlled 24/7 by programmable polling rates that can be configured at any interval starting from 5 seconds
Automatic Uptdates	Any new updates of the IPCOM can be uploaded via the internet.
Universal	IPCOM can be connected to any other manufacturers control panel via the 13 alarm inputs communicating Fast Format to the monitoring software.
