Pad Print supervisor

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are seeking a self-motivated screen print machine hands on supervisor with a positive attitude to join our growing production department. You will be running a shift hands-on in our busy screen printing department and will have experience in working in a similar role, although it would be beneficial, you will not necessarily have the exact skills that we require. You will need to be a dependable team player with a can-do attitude and willing to learn and be flexible in your approach.

You will be working a rotating shift pattern of 6.00am – 2.00pm 5 days’ per week and 2.00pm – 10.00pm 5 days’ per week on a rotation basis which could include some weekend working.

Essential

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in screen printing onto plastic and metal
• Responsible for achieving on time delivery
• Achieving weekly/monthly KPI’s
• Work independently in a busy active environment and collaborate with others
• Support an established team during busy times with a flexible approach
• Basic good PC skills
• Have the ability to plan scheduled work into daily buckets
• Take health and safety seriously as your work consists of working with chemicals

Desirable

• Previous experience in a manufacturing printed products of this nature.
