Barnsley and Rotherham Business Awards 2017

Pyronix is proud to have won the SOTpay Excellence in Customer Service Award at the annual Barnsley and Rotherham Business Awards 2017.

This esteemed award recognises the organisation that best demonstrates that it has the customer at the heart of the business and Pyronix is delighted to be named the winner at one of the most prestigious business events for its region.

“To win this award is a magnificent achievement and one that is of particular significance to Pyronix as a business,” Marketing Manager, Laurence Kenny, said.

He continues: “Everything from the ground up has always been tailored and targeted at providing our customers with the best possible products, services and support.

“To be recognised for this regionally with such a prestigious award means everything and recognises all our hard work and dedication to our customers.”

The Barnsley and Rotherham Business Awards is organised by Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber of Commerce and gives businesses across South Yorkshire the chance to share their success over the past 12 months.

“These awards are a fantastic endorsement for the ongoing hard work and success of our entire region,” Laurence said.

“To be shortlisted for an award at this ceremony is a fantastic achievement in itself, so to win an award of such prestige, against such competition, is an even bigger honour and one that we are immensely proud of.”

The ceremony, hosted by BBC Radio Sheffield’s Andy Giddings, took place at Magna, Rotherham, on Friday 13th October 2017 and saw 14 businesses, charities and individuals honoured, who all had to battle it out against a shortlisted five in each respective category.

The judges said: “Pyronix have exceptional use of technology in order to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Quality and customer service are the core of everything they do and this is further highlighted through the ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation being achieved two years ahead of schedule and on the first attempt at certification.”
