They’re all about helping young people and apprentices get the real-world experience and industry qualifications they need to thrive. From practical workshops to hands-on projects, Skills for Security works closely with installation companies to build the skills, confidence and professionalism of tomorrow’s engineers.

Our involvement includes running hands-on training sessions, sharing expertise and donating equipment like control panels and peripherals, giving apprentices the chance to learn by doing in a real-world environment. This gives them valuable, real-world experience and helps prepare them for life on site; confident, capable and ready to get started.

These programmes aren’t just about learning the technical side, though; they’re also about mentorship, problem-solving and innovation. By supporting Skills for Security, we’re helping young professionals explore new technologies, tackle real challenges and grow into future industry leaders.
