Pyronix is a world-leading manufacturer of electronic security equipment for use in residential, commercial and industrial applications in the intruder alarm market. We design a wide range of multi-award-winning wired and wireless intruder alarm solutions, utilising market-leading technologies developed exclusively by our in-house R&D team.

The Role….

  • Working in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues you will shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and the priorities of the business.
  • Operating as an HR expert, to advice, guide and support employees and managers by providing high-level people management and development support across the business.
  • You will effectively manage and provide expert advice on employee relations issues including discipline and grievance, performance management, absence, retirement and redundancy
  • Working with stakeholders to identify training requirements in line with business strategy and needs, you will then seek to deliver the appropriate training resources to meet those requirements.
  • Give effective guidance and advice to managers around health & Wellbeing, champion best practice supporting all employees on an ongoing basis and be the expert HR Specialist around all investigations, disciplinary and grievances processes and procedures to avoid any potential business risk.
  • As part of the HR team, you will provide administrative support in ensuring payroll data is correct for the teams under your remit. Therefore, an effective understanding in such areas as absence management will be an advantage, updating the business system as appropriate.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Partner around vacancies and new starters. To conduct an effective Company on- boarding induction for all new starters.

About you…

An effective, enthusiastic HR professional who is technically aware and able to achieve in a high performing group and for demanding stakeholders you will also ideally have

  • A strong foundation in HR with a minimum of CIPD qualified to level five.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • System literate ideally with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal ability
  • Ability to plan strategically and operationally.
  • Excellent Influencing, networking and negotiating skills
  • Be a Self- starter and Team- player
