Franzcom OpenTAP requires IMMEDIATE change of access number.

Installers using Franzcom OpenTAP need to change access numbers IMMEDIATELY.

The new access number is 09117329997

As of October 2019, all personal numbers beginning with ‘070’ will be re-rated to the cost of a mobile telephone call, due to legislative and regulatory changes of Ofcom.

Subsequently, Franzcom can no longer support OpenTAP on the current access numbers of 07045607101 or 07011106620. Therefore, installers using this service to provide SMS text messaging via PSTN must change their OpenTAP access number to the new Franzcom access number of 09117329997, effective immediately.
