Introduction These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
About us Promoter: PYRONIX LIMITED, Secure House, Braithwell Way, Hellaby, Rotherham, S66, England. For the avoidance of any doubt, the promotion and the prize draw is run by the Promoter only and not in any way endorsed, sponsored or administered by, or associated with, any other brand, company or organisation.
Who can enter?
  1. This prize draw is only open to professional security installers and system integrators located and working in United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over.
  2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, employees, or immediate family members of any third-party companies associated with the promotion, prize providers or agencies assisting with the promotion operation may not enter.
  3. Where entrants are employees of a security installation business, they should seek permission from their employer to enter, before entering.
  4. Proof of trade qualification and age may be required.
What do I need to enter? You will need access to the internet. No purchase required.
When does the promotion start and finish?
  1. The promotion will run from 00:01am on 01.07.2025 and will close at 11:59pm BST on 14.09.2025.
  2. To enter, users need to complete the competition post form located at https://enter-to-win-choice-prize.mailchimpsites.com, by correctly answering the question posed and completing the *requested fields. One entry per email address per person.
  3. The Promoter is not liable for:

    – Entries lost or delayed due to electronic issues.
    – Incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
    – Technical issues, including internet inaccessibility.

  1. There is one prize available. The winner can choose between the following two bundles:

  2. Prizes are non-transferable. Substitution may occur if necessary. No cash alternative available.
How are winners selected? All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw within 7 working days of 14.09.2025.
How are winners notified? Winner(s) will be notified by email within three working days. They have 7 days to respond. If not, a reserve winner will be selected. Official contact will be from @Pyronix Ltd only – no bank details will ever be requested.
How are prizes fulfilled and despatched?

Cloud Nine Incentives will contact the winner to arrange delivery by courier.
