Multi-path communications
Send all communications at the same time, without having to prioritise, with the Enforcer X 280’s multi-path, multi-tasking communications channels.
Multiple ARCs
The Enforcer X 280 has 4 ARC destinations with up-to 3 paths for each ARC (cellular, Wi-Fi and LAN), allowing the control panel to talk to 4 separate ARCs or multiple accounts within the same ARC if required.
Hotspot mode
No internet on-site? No problem. Activate hotspot mode on the panel to create a local Wi-Fi network using a connected Wi-Fi modem. Then connect your device and program the system via InSite Pro Local.
Simple Cloud connection
Connecting to PyronixCloud is easy – just scan the panel’s QR code or use the short code menu. With an active IP connection via Wi-Fi, LAN or cellular, the panel connects automatically to your account.

HomeControl2.0 puts full system control in your hands. View the entire system, arm and disarm areas, and manage user settings—all from your smartphone.
OTA updates
Keep systems up to date with remote firmware updates via InSite Pro Cloud. New features can be installed while the panel remains on-site, with updates taking around 15 minutes. Updates run in a separate memory partition, ensuring the current software stays protected in case of power loss or interruption.
Flexible areas
The Enforcer X 280 is our first control panel to use a new areas and levels feature. It offers 99 areas with 4 levels in each area, giving full flexibility for setting up the system.
System defaults on start-up
Choose your default start-up settings with the Enforcer X 280. When the system is first powered on, you can pick your system grading to configure the panel to your requirements.
New communication modules
Compatible with two newly designed modules: a cellular module and a Wi-Fi module. The cellular module prioritises 4G, with 2G fallback, while the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi module supports all 13 channels in the range.
BUS scan
Bus Scan is a brand-new feature that automates RS485 device detection. Instead of manual programming, the panel scans the RS485 bus and groups detected devices – saving valuable time, especially on larger installations.
Zone scan
Zone Scan can detect wired inputs into the control panel and expanders with a simple scan. Once detected, it will setup basic programming for each; saving a lot of time and effort on manual input.
Auto learn
Automatically adds wireless devices to the zone expanders with a simple click of the button on each device, streamlining programming for faster, more efficient installation.
