What is GAP?

GAP is all about the value added services we offer and how we can help grow and improve an installer’s business through our 3 key areas of Revenue, Knowledge and Brand.

For longstanding Pyronix customers I see it as a great reminder of what we can do to help, as our products and services continue to evolve. For instance, by providing product training, customised literature and video with our newly released LightCamera, that offers fantastic upselling capabilities, we give installers the tools needed to hit the ground running.

For me, what makes GAP stand out in particular is our customised design services. Our professionally shot marketing videos bookended with our valued installers branding allows them to get an effective customised video out on social media without any of the expense.

Our weekly webinars and Training On-Demand video platform have also been a great success and enabled thousands of installers to keep themselves or their colleagues productive during quieter times, including the lockdown periods of 2020.

Due to our efforts, we were proudly named the “Manufacturer/Distributor Training Programme of the Year” at the 2020 PSI Awards. It’s always great to win awards in recognition for our services – especially when we know they are voted for by our installers and industry colleagues!
