INTRUDER PRODUCT OF THE YEAR – ENFORCER V10
TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROVIDER OF THE YEAR
To win both these awards, as voted for by industry professionals, is a very proud achievement.
Our Enforcer V10 has now won ‘Intruder Product of the Year’ 4 times in the last 5 years – 2017, 2018, 2019 and now, 2021!
Once again proving to be the installers ‘choice’ panel, the Enforcer V10 has recently had a refresh, with the launch of the Enforcer V11, alongside the Touchscreen Control Station combining the AndroidTablet with the HomeControlHUB app, and SmartPlug; demonstrating our commitment to continuous development.

Alongside Intruder Product of the Year, to win ‘Technical Support Provider of the Year’ in the inaugural year for the category, is a brilliant achievement for Pyronix.
There has recently been a number of improvements that we have made in how installers can receive Technical Support, releasing an installer WhatsApp number, SMS Chat, PyronixCloud bot, as well as making enhancements to the support phone options; allowing installers to keep their place and receive a call-back, leave a voicemail when waiting, or start an SMS conversation.
Laurence continued: “To see the changes within our Technical Support team be as well received as they have, and to have now gone on to win this PSI Premier Award is fantastic!
“In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we turned our attention to our digital services; enhancing and increasing our contact channels, as we not only recognised that customers need support on their terms, but we also wanted to be there for them in every way we could.
“By offering a variety of new and enhanced contact options, we’ve shown our commitment to continuous development and improvement of our customer services as a whole, and this award is a real testament to that.”
At the awards, Pyronix Training On-Demand was also a finalist in the Educator/Training award category.
